Pick Up Policy
Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the scheduled pickup window selected at checkout.
Pickup location, date, and time are displayed before checkout and are also included in your confirmation email.
Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window are considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacements.
Due to food safety regulations, unclaimed orders may be discarded or donated after the pickup period ends.
How Do I Request A Refund Or Report An Issue?
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and any relevant details so we can assist you quickly.
To be eligible for a refund, the entire order must be returned to the sender in its original, unopened condition.
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been consumed or partially consumed. Once a product has been consumed, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
